Seven Down
About [ Seven Down ]
Seven Down is a rolling-die puzzle game with a rule you can hold in one sentence: the face touching the ground is your number, and opposite faces always add up to seven — so the number you cannot see is always the one you can work out.
Three games share that die. Puzzle is 60 hand-checked boards plus a daily one that is the same for everybody: reaching the pad is easy, arriving on the face it asks for is the puzzle, and your number is decided entirely by the route you took. Action is 120 stages across six places with something hunting you — gaps, spikes, crumbling tiles, sweeping arms, conveyor belts and turrets, with powers you pick up by landing on the number they ask for. Maze is 60 dark labyrinths where you see only what is near you, and everything you have walked stays uncovered.
Par is never guessed. Every level is proved by a solver before it ships, so the shortest route is always reachable and matching it always means something. Every texture, every piece of music and every board is generated as the game runs, so it works offline and always will.
